•  1994 - Holiday Island (4 star) opened with 284 beds.

•  1994 - Paradise Island (5 star) opened with 280 beds.

•  1996 - Paradise Island 's bed capacity expanded to 520.

•  1998 - Sun Island (5 star) opened with 700 beds

•  2001 - Royal Island (5 star) opened with 304 beds

•  2002 - Entered in fisheries business

•  2004 - Country's largest and state-of-the-art storage & filling plant at Thilafushi Island for LPG, Oil                 Farm for storage of diesel, petrol and kerosene, and Cement storage and bagging plant.
