Welcome to Villa Human Resources Department. We deal with the HR management for
more than 3,500 staff employed by the company. Our responsibilities include:
A. delivery of the Company's HR Strategy
B. promotion of diversity and equality of opportunity in employment
C. the development of appropriate personnel policies, procedures and codes of practice
D. the provision of support and specialist advice to departments
E. the maintenance of good employee relations
F. the preparation of contracts of employment
G. the maintenance of staff records and staff-based statistics
H. the delivery of comprehensive training opportunities (Staff Development)
I. meeting temporary staff needs (Temporary Employment Service)
J. providing welfare support
K. administering the Company’s various schemes and payroll

Sections and their functions

1. Employment
Implementing government regulations regarding local employment and matching the
needs of the company.
A. Personnel Administration
- Implementing company’s policies relating to employment, manpower planning and HR
Budget.
- Formulating policies related to promotion, transfer, termnination, finalizing compensation,
leave, discipline, incentives and benefits, absence management and performance management
- Maintenance of Human Resource Information System
- Maintaining internal communication with the worksites
B. Agency
- Supervising and monitoring the agency functions inline with regulations and needs
of the company
- Recruitment of expatriates, including arranging of work permits, payment of work
permit fees, complying with termination formalities

2. Staff Welfare
- Implementation of welfare system and measures as per government directives and company
policies
- Administering of the medical / insurance scheme
- Implementation of occupational health and safety measures with regard to laid down
policies

3. Salaries and wages
- Efficient administration of salaries and allowances in time
|
4. Training and Development
- Identifying training needs of the employees, structure suitable training programs
for different groups
- Extend / give support identifying and recruiting training faculty
|
5. Employee Relations
- Review policies in issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal
opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues with related to pay and
working conditions
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation
